To be eligible to register and use the bet995 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the service:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino gaming under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the bet995 platform, nor have you been self-excluded under our Responsible Gaming programme.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of bet995 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

bet995 employs automated and manual age-verification checks. Where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay until the matter is resolved. Any winnings accrued during a period of unverified age status may be voided and returned.

We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. If you become aware that a minor has accessed the platform using your account credentials, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your account password without delay.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bet995. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly should any detail change after registration.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with our platform integrity and anti-fraud obligations, bet995 may at any time request that you provide documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid passport (photo page)
• Driver's licence
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification, dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account linked to your bet995 profile

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 calendar days may result in the suspension of your account and a freeze on pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed. bet995 will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory verification submissions.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received. You must not share your login details with any third party. bet995 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bet995 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by the platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your bet995 account within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. bet995 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may levy their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your bet995 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts registered to family members — are not permitted and may be subject to reversal and investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice. During business hours (08:00–22:00 BST, UTC+6), withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed full KYC verification as described in Section 2. bet995 reserves the right to apply additional scrutiny to withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within any rolling 30-day period.

Currency & Exchange

The bet995 platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bonus amounts, bet stakes, and winnings are displayed and settled in BDT. bet995 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required on your side (for Visa or Mastercard transactions originating in foreign currencies) will be handled by your card issuer and is subject to their exchange rates and fees.

Unclaimed Balances

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months and carry a positive balance will be considered dormant. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts. bet995 will make reasonable efforts to contact you via your registered email or mobile number before applying any dormancy charges.

bet995 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or use bonus funds.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless the promotion-specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the combined value of the bonus amount and the qualifying deposit.
• Wagers placed on games marked as "excluded" in the promotion terms do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless a different expiry is specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Where a player holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, real-money funds will be used to settle wagers first.

Game Contribution to Wagering

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Unless the promotion terms state otherwise, the default contribution rates are as follows: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, table games (RNG Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) contribute 10%, sports bets placed at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%, and crash games contribute 50%. Fishing games contribute 50% unless otherwise stated.

Bonus Abuse

bet995 employs automated monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided, and the matter may result in permanent account closure.

By using the bet995 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

You Must

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with any other person.
• Use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling.
• Notify bet995 immediately if you become aware of any error in game outcomes, payment processing, or account balances.

You Must Not

• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Engage in or attempt to engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in sports betting markets.
• Exploit errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds in the platform's software. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error are considered void and will be removed from your account.
• Use the platform for any money-laundering activity or to facilitate payment fraud.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bet995 software or infrastructure.
• Open or operate an account on behalf of a third party, including accepting deposits or placing bets on behalf of another individual.
• Use offensive, threatening, or abusive language toward bet995 staff or other platform users.

All content published on the bet995 platform — including but not limited to the bet995 brand name, logo, website design, software interface, graphics, game artwork, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of bet995 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bet995 platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any bet995 content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the bet995 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any bet995 content, software, or intellectual property.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the bet995 website on any third-party website or application.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. bet995 operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

Exclusions

bet995 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from:

• Temporary or prolonged service outages, maintenance windows, or interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any other payment intermediary.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance placed on odds, statistics, or match information displayed on the platform, which is provided for informational purposes and may not be error-free in real time.
• Acts of force majeure, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, internet outages, or other events beyond the reasonable control of bet995.

Cap on Liability

Where bet995 is found liable for direct loss suffered by a player, our maximum aggregate liability in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Disputes & Errors

In the event of a dispute regarding any bet outcome, game result, or account transaction, the records held in the bet995 system shall be the definitive reference. If you believe that a technical error has affected the outcome of a wager, you must submit a dispute via [email protected] within 72 hours of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated.

bet995 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Engagement in or attempted engagement in bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited automated software.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• Compliance with a request or order from a relevant regulatory or law-enforcement authority.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the permanent closure of your bet995 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any pending wagering requirement obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including a belief that your gambling behaviour is causing financial or personal harm — please refer to our Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. Self-excluded players may not re-open their account for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

Changes to These Terms

bet995 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address or via an on-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you must close your account before the change takes effect.
